Job summary

Desort in Wilsonville, Oregon, is seeking a Dentist to provide comprehensive tooth replacement and restorative care for adult patients. The role focuses on extractions, removable prosthetics, implants, and other tooth replacement solutions, with on-site lab support and clinical mentorship.

Candidates should have a DDS or DMD and a current license; implant experience is preferred but not required, and surgical experience with complex cases is highly valued.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Current or eligible dental license to practice.
• Implant experience preferred but not required.
• Surgical experience with complex cases highly preferred.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent chairside manner and patient communication.
• Collaborative approach with dentists, lab staff, and team.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Consult, examine, diagnose conditions and develop plans.
• Provide extractions and surgical dental services, including complex cases.
• Provide removable, fixed, and implant-supported tooth replacement solutions.
• Assist with planning dentures, partials, implants and related prosthetics.
• Collaborate with lab personnel in denture and partial fabrication.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with strong chairside communication.
• Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to professional standards.
• Stay current with developments in dentistry through continuing education.
