Desort is seeking a General Practice Dentist in Cullman, AL to provide comprehensive tooth replacement and restorative care for adults. Focus areas include extractions, removable prosthetics, implants, and related prosthetic services, with on-site lab support and mentor guidance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with lab personnel, continuous learning, and delivering compassionate patient care in a weekday schedule with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and valid Alabama license.
• Implant experience is preferred but not required; surgical skill is highly valued.
• Commitment to ongoing clinical learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on oral health and available treatment options.
• Consult with patients, perform exams, diagnose conditions, and plan treatments.
• Provide extractions and surgical services, including complex cases.
• Offer removable, fixed, and implant-supported tooth replacement solutions.
• Assist with planning dentures, partials, implants, and related prosthetics.
• Collaborate with laboratory personnel in denture and partial fabrication.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with strong chairside communication.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to standards.
• Stay current with dentistry developments through continuing education.
