Job summary

Rite of Passage welcomes a Program Manager to The Colorado Qualifying House in Idaho Springs, CO. This residential treatment center serves male youth ages 18-20 with evidence-based interventions.

The Program Manager oversees treatment, education, vocational and health services, and day-to-day site operations, budgeting, and staff development. You will implement the program, maintain safety and facilities, lead meetings, and ensure compliance with policies and licensing.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field required.
• Must have Residential Experience.
• Minimum four years of related experience in residential facility management.
• Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, policies and procedures.
• Ensure safety, health and welfare of staff and students.
• Manage clinical services, education, vocation, and health and welfare activities.
• Chair site Management Meetings.
• Oversee delivery of the daily Rite of Passage program.
• Maintain safe, clean and well-maintained facilities.
• Coordinate communication with student athletes.
• Oversee medical and food services and administration.
