Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring a Licensed Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker for Morrison Home in Morrison, Colorado. This in-person role provides individual, family and group therapy and oversees treatment plans for male youths aged 10-18 with IDD and an IEP.

The position reports to the Program Manager within a residential/school setting. Salary is $78,000 per year, depending on experience, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k match up to 6%, and PTO

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required and licensure for Colorado (LPCC, LPP, SWP, LCSW or SWC).
• CEUs required annually to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy as indicated by program needs.
• Develop and oversee treatment plans for individuals, families and groups.
• Document and assess effectiveness of interventions toward treatment goals; coordinate with multi-disciplinary team.
