Job summary

Rite of Passage Brand is seeking a Licensed Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker for Morrison Home in Morrison, Colorado. This on-site, full-time role offers $78,000 per year and a strong focus on individual, family and group therapy for male youths aged 10-18 with IDD and IEPs.

You will perform clinical assessments, treatment planning, and coordinated care with a multi-disciplinary team, reporting to the Program Manager.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field and licensure required for Colorado (LPCC, LPP, SWP, LCSW or SWC).
One year of experience in residential/school settings with at-risk youth and families.
Must meet state licensing and CEU requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family and group therapy per program/school needs.
Develop and oversee individual, family and group treatment plans.
Conduct clinical assessments, service planning and various therapies and case management.
Document and assess intervention effectiveness toward treatment goals.
Coordinate services with a multi-disciplinary team under supervision.
Report to Program Manager and work with Shift Supervisor and Special Education Teacher.
