Rite of Passage welcomes a Program Manager to The Colorado Qualifying House in Idaho Springs, CO. This residential treatment center serves male youth ages 18-20 with evidence-based interventions.

The Program Manager oversees treatment, education, vocational and health services, and day-to-day site operations, budgeting, and staff development. You will implement the program, maintain safety and facilities, lead meetings, and ensure compliance with policies and licensing.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in a related field required.
  • Must have Residential Experience.
  • Minimum four years of related experience in residential facility management.
  • Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Program Manager at The ColoradoQualifying House in Idaho Springs, CO.

The Colorado Qualifying House is a Residential Treatment Center that provides male youth ages 18-20 with opportunities for positive growth through evidence-based interventions and innovative programming. With a deep commitment to improving the lives of youth and families, our program model has been developed with a focus on promoting positive change and goal attainment. The Colorado Qualifying House program subscribes to the four principles of effective intervention: risk assessment, addressing needs, providing individualized treatment, and ensuring fidelity. By following these core principles, Colorado Qualifying House guides youth behavior in positive directions while reducing recidivism risk.

Pay: Starting at 65K depending on education & experience.

What you will do: The Program Manager is responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of the treatment, educational, vocational and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local rules, regulations, Licensing, practices and laws. The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day site operations including budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, promotions and marketing, and staff development and training.

The Program Manager develops, implements, manages and modifies the Rite of Passage program, and is responsible for:

  • Site operations, policies and procedures.
  • Safety, health and welfare of staff and students.
  • Clinical services, education, vocation, and health and welfare "Best".
  • Representing as the chairperson for the site Management Meetings.
  • Overseeing delivery of the Rite of Passage daily program.
  • Ensuring the program facilities are safe, clean and well maintained.
  • Maintaining contact and open communication with student athletes.
  • Oversight of medical and food services and administration.

To be considered you should:

  • Have a BA/BS in related field
  • Must have Residential Experience
  • Have a minimum of four years of related experience in residential facility management.
  • Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
