Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership to ensure safety and development of children.
• Develop lesson plans and activities that are enriching, interesting, and meaningful.
• Assist in coordinating transportation for the afterschool program.
• Provide ongoing supervision and management to support staff; lead and motivate; ensure proper ratios.
• Keep the Youth Services area safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing.
• Communicate with supervisors, staff, parents and participants in a timely and professional manner.
• Attend required staff meetings and follow JCA policies and procedures.
