Job summary

The Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh (JCC) seeks an experienced Out-of-School Time Program Manager to lead a portfolio of youth development initiatives across the year, including Clubhouse Afterschool, JDays, and Specialty Camps. You will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and program vision for these offerings.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with multiple departments, and engage families and partners to ensure inclusive, high-quality experiences for children

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field and at least three years’ experience in an administrative capacity.
• Commitment to inclusive, high-quality youth development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements short- and long-range out-of-school time program goals in keeping with the agency’s mission and operating goals.
• Implements annual goals, program plans, and growth strategies aligned with JCC priorities.
• Monitors emerging trends to enhance program offerings and participant experiences.
• Fosters an environment where children feel safe, supported, connected, and empowered to grow.
• Recruits, hires, and trains program staff; provides regular feedback on performance.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field
