Job summary

Justice Resource Institute is seeking a Peer Mentor to support emotionally disturbed adolescent males at the Centerpoint program in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. In this role, you will leverage your personal experiences to foster growth and provide trauma-informed care.

The position offers a pay range of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour for 16 to 24 hours per week. JRI provides generous benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma required.
• Must have experience as a Peer Mentor or completed an advanced peer to peer training program.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of clients based on personal experiences.
• Work in a cohesive and supportive environment.
• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment.
