CAMBA seeks a Program Director for the Learning to Work (LTW) program at Judith S. Kaye High School in New York, NY. You will lead program activities, manage staff, and oversee reporting to funders, ensuring alignment with CAMBA’s mission and contractual goals.

Requirements include a BA/BS with 2+ years of relevant experience; a Master’s is preferred and certain licenses may be required. Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of applicable experience are required.
• Master’s degree preferred; a license is required for LMSW/LCSW, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling/Guidance, or Art Therapy.
• Experience with High School aged youth is preferred.

Mansioni

• Communicate effectively with students, staff, funders, and partners.
• Plan and organize program activities to meet goals and targets.
• Motivate and coach staff; improve teamwork and performance.
• Oversee budget and prepare periodic reports for CAMBA management.
