Job summary

CAMBA seeks a Program Director at Judith S Kaye High School in New York, NY. The role reports to the Program Manager and leads LTW services for transfer students, coordinating with staff, funders, and school leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of applicable experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; licenses may be required for certain master’s degrees.
• Ability to obtain Dept. of Education fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with students, direct reporting staff, peers, supervisors, and funders.
• Plan and organize program activities to maximize contract goals and performance targets.
• Motivate, coach and counsel direct reporting staff to excel.
• Oversee and maintain annual OTPS budget.
• Provide information for weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
