Job summary

Auberle’s Family Healing Center in Mt Oliver, PA is seeking an Experienced Child & Youth Development Specialist - Supervisor. The role focuses on supervising staff, planning daily activities for children, and promoting safe, developmentally appropriate care across our programs.

Located in Mt Oliver with training at the Main Campus in McKeesport, the role requires up to 25% travel and a commitment to family-centered recovery and rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
• Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.
• Provide supervision and guidance to child and youth development staff to ensure a safe, structured, and developmentally appropriate environment.
• Oversee planning and implementation of daily activities that support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs.
• Ensure consistent routines, supervision standards, and child safety practices are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with parents, clinicians, and program leadership to support healthy family functioning and child well-being.
• Maintain documentation, communication, and program standards related to child and youth services.
