Job summary

Auberle's Family Healing Center in Mt Oliver, PA is seeking a Child & Youth Development Specialist - Supervisor. The role centers on supervising staff, coordinating daily activities, and upholding safety and developmental standards for children and youth.

Occasional travel to Main Campus is expected for trainings and meetings. Qualifications include Act 33/34 and FBI clearances, PA driver’s license with a vehicle, and strong collaboration with families and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
• Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.
• Provide supervision and guidance to child and youth development staff to ensure a safe, structured, and developmentally appropriate environment.
• Oversee planning and implementation of daily activities that support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs.
• Ensure consistent routines, supervision standards, and child safety practices are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with parents, clinicians, and program leadership to support healthy family functioning and child well-being.
• Maintain documentation, communication, and program standards related to child and youth services.

Responsibilities
