Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain CANS credentialing yearly.
• Meet DHS screening timelines.
• Maintain caseload of 25-30 youth.
• Complete case notes in the DHS system.
• Complete the CANS in KIDS.
• Implement CANS screening for referred youth.
• Attend County Integrated Children’s Planning meetings.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality policy.
• Coordinate with families, providers, and community resources.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with trends.
