Job summary

Qualifications

• Clear call to ministry toward Children and Youth.
• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university.
• Master of Divinity or related discipline preferred.
• Two years’ ministry experience with youth/children preferred.
• Must affirm Baptist Faith and Message, 2000 and church constitution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture ministries for children and youth under 18.
• Teach Bible studies and mentor leaders, coordinate volunteers.
• Oversee Sunday School, midweek activities, camps, and events.
• Maintain background checks and child protection training.
• Support church services and community presence as needed.
