Central Chapel is seeking an Associate Pastor of Youth Ministries to provide spiritual and pastoral leadership for the church's youth. You will oversee a comprehensive student ministry, preach and teach, and collaborate with the Pastor Elder Board and ministry leaders to develop programs that engage families and the community.

The role emphasizes worship, administration, prayer, evangelism, and mentoring youth and parents while coordinating youth activities throughout the year.

• A born again believer that humbly exemplifies a Spirit-filled walk and a life of integrity as described in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9.
• Demonstrates a genuine love for the Lord and the church with a servant’s heart.

• Plan and lead worship as directed by the senior pastor and ministry leaders.
• Oversee administration, curriculum, and resources for youth sponsors and parents.
