Lincoln County Behavioral Health seeks a Wraparound Case Manager (CM2/CM3) to support the Child & Family program in Depoe Bay, Oregon. The role involves case management, care coordination, advocacy, and education to clients in mental health treatment.

CM2/CM3 pay ranges are hourly, with CM2 at $28.31–$38.05 and CM3 at $30.57–$41.10 per hour. Experience, certifications, and education determine placement and wage offers per Oregon Pay Equity guidelines.

Qualifications

• CM2: QMHA certification within 6 months of hire; supervision hours verified.
• CM3: Bachelor’s in behavioral science field.
• CM3: 2–3 years clinical/treatment experience in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake screens and assessments related to skill building or case management.
• Conduct assessment and treatment planning under QMHP supervision.
• Assist in individual, family or group therapy and psychoeducation groups as appropriate.
• Provide care coordination, advocacy, and referrals to community resources.
• Complete records and reports per agency and regulatory standards.
• Deliver aftercare planning and follow-up services.
• Collect laboratory samples as indicated.
