Job summary

Lincoln County Behavioral Health seeks two Case Manager 2 positions for its ACT program. You will provide case management, care coordination, advocacy, and education on mental health disorders and symptom management to clients.

Responsibilities include intake, assessments, treatment planning under QMHP supervision, therapy involvement, and documentation per guidelines. Oregon Driver's license is required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• CM2 requires QMHA qualification per MHACBO rules.
• CM3 requires QMHA certification.
• CM2 accepts an associate degree with 2 years of behavioral health experience or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Assist in intake screens and assessments for skill-building or case management.
• Assess and plan treatment under a QMHP supervision.
• Assist in individual, family or group therapy and facilitate psychoeducation groups.
• Provide care coordination, advocacy, and referrals for mental health understanding and symptom management.
• Complete records and reports per agency standards and Oregon rules.
