Community Counseling Solutions is seeking a Wraparound Care Coordinator (Bilingual preferred) based in Umatilla County, Oregon. This 1.0 FTE, non-exempt role offers a pay grade of 24.95–35.96 per hour, with a 5,500 hiring bonus through 10/31/26.

The position emphasizes coordinated behavioral health services, client advocacy, and collaboration with multiple agencies. Applicants with a bachelor’s in social work or related field, or equivalent experience, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field required, or high school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain precommitment investigator certification if varianced.
• Prefer bilingual Spanish for this role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mental health services with outside agencies and educational services.
• Assist with referral packets and act as contact for information submission.
• Facilitate communication among families, treatment providers and community resources.
