Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human or social services, education, business, operations, sociology, or related field.
• Eight or more years leading workforce development, education, or nonprofit programs.
• Experience managing complex grants, contracts, and performance obligations.
• Strong data analysis and program design skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for workforce development programs.
• Oversee outreach, assessment, training, job placement, and career advancement.
• Build partnerships with employers, educators, funders, and community groups.
• Develop budgets, monitor performance, and ensure compliance.
