  • Collaborate with other departments within Goodwill Industries to align workforce programs with organizational goals and community needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Organize job fairs, employer panels, and networking events to connect participants with potential employers.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant progress and employer engagement activities, ensuring compliance with organizational and funding requirements.
  • Stay informed about labor market trends and employer needs to continuously enhance program offerings and participant success.

Job Purpose:

The Employer Relations and Workforce Instructor at Goodwill Industries of Dallas Inc. is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with employers to create job opportunities for program participants.
