Zusammenfassung

The Y in Central Maryland is seeking a Workforce Development Associate to support learning, career development and employment opportunities across our programs. You will coordinate participant workflows, onboarding, and engagement with interns, apprentices and site managers to strengthen capacity and impact.

You will maintain accurate records, support events, and contribute to continuous improvement through data collection and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating community programs (internships, apprenticeships, or workforce initiatives).
• Ability to manage multiple candidate/workflow timelines and touchpoints.
• Strong data tracking and reporting capabilities for program oversight.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of Workforce Development programs, including internships and apprenticeships.
• Manage candidate workflows from placement to onboarding, participation, completion and transition.
• Schedule and track participant start dates, placements, extensions and completions.
• Serve as primary contact for participants, site managers and stakeholders with timely communications.
• Coordinate required onboarding activities following Y in Central Maryland policies.
• Maintain workforce databases, dashboards and reporting to support program decisions.
• Support events such as orientations, information sessions, hiring events and career fairs.
