Qualifications

• This role requires genuine interest in the well-being of school-age youth.
• Prior experience leading school-age youth is preferred.
• Clear communication and active listening with children, parents, staff, and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Lead children and teens in positive, fun, enriching activities that support healthy youth development.
• Prepare and submit lesson plans meeting the needs of youth and program goals for K-12 students in Y sites.
• Support youth affected by achievement gaps and be flexible to work at multiple locations.
