Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers claiming Universal Credit, ESA, Jobseekers Allowance and Income Support.
• Offer quality advice on job search actions and match to suitable vacancies.
• Ensure compliance with the Equality Act 2010 and provide additional support to customers.
• Build positive relationships with customers to motivate and build trust.
• Develop knowledge of local employment opportunities and partner support.
• Make timely decisions and refer customers to appropriate help and support.
• Be accountable for performance and management of your caseload.
