Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an associate to join our team in North Aurora, IL, supporting receiving, picking, packing, and daily warehouse operations. You will contribute to accurate inventory handling and timely order fulfillment in a fast-growing startup.

Ideal candidates are flexible with shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working an 8-10 hour shift. Full-time, on-site, with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to a 8-10 hr shift.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Previous warehouse experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: manage inventory intake and communicate arrivals and exceptions.
• Picking: deliver products quickly and accurately through the warehouse.
• Packing: ensure quality and correct packing for shipments.
• Other Duties as Required: support operations and maintain safety and records.
