Job summary

ShipBob is hiring for a warehouse associate in Aurora, IL. The role supports receiving, picking, packing, and various duties to keep ecommerce fulfillment running smoothly. You will work with a team dedicated to accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement, reporting to the Area Manager.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand 8–10 hours, and adapt quickly. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth at ShipBob.

Qualifications

• Willing to work scheduled shifts including overtime and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Able to stand and walk continuously for 8–10 hours.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, and push/pull as needed.
• May be asked to help in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: manage arrivals and communicate exceptions.
• Picking: ensure fast and accurate product movement through the process.
• Packing: finalize shipments and ensure packing quality.
• Other Duties: support operations to keep processes running smoothly.
• Follow SOPs and maintain product safety and traceability.
