Job summary

ShipBob is seeking a warehouse associate in Aurora, IL to join our fast-growing team. You will work with receiving, picking, packing, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely, high-quality shipments.

We value ownership, safety, and a hands-on attitude. No prior warehouse experience is required; you will receive training and have opportunities for career advancement in a high-performance culture. The role reports to the Area Manager and offers growth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous warehouse experience is not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 8–10 hours per shift.
• Willing to work varied shifts including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and manage inventory as part of the receiving team.
• Pick items and prepare them for packing to ensure accuracy.
• Pack orders and ensure shipments meet quality standards.
• Perform other duties to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
• Maintain safety, quality, and documentation procedures.
