Job summary

PowerCo Canada Inc. is seeking a Vehicle Program Administrator (6-month contract) to support the Corporate Vehicle Services team. This on-site role in St. Thomas ON focuses on vehicle program administration, order/delivery workflows, and policy improvements.

You will manage records, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and help develop training materials ensuring accuracy and compliance. Strong communication and organization are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in administrative, operations support, or process improvement roles.
• College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Vehicle Program (ordering, deliveries, inspections, returns, key/fuel card management).
• Maintain vehicle records and lifecycle updates; coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Develop desk instructions, user guides, and policy documentation; ensure compliance and updates.
