Job summary

PUSH Inc. in the United States is seeking a Project Manager for Utility Construction to own the financial, contractual, and customer-facing success of assigned projects.

You will ensure scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and customer communication are managed with discipline and proactive risk visibility. You\'ll work with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to protect margin, cash flow, and customer trust through accurate forecasting, billing control, and early risk identification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in managing construction projects and field-heavy environments.
• Ability to work extended hours and travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance including margin protection and cash flow awareness.
• Capture, document, price, and submit scope changes early.
• Develop and manage project schedules with field teams.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for project updates and issue resolution.
• Lead coordination between office and field teams; ensure documentation is audit-ready.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
