Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education.
• Valid Missouri teaching certificate.
• Desire to continue professional development.
• Excellent organization and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and activities.
• Demonstrated success in urban education.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Must pass extensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support teachers in learner-driven approaches with on-site professional development.
• Collaborate with staff to co-plan, co-deliver, and individualize instruction for all students.
• Support differentiation for students with disabilities and ELL.
• Provide professional learning to use data to refine instructional strategies and plan targeted interventions.
• Participate in data team processes, form assessments, and RTI implementation.
• Promote and model personalized learning environments and blended learning strategies.
