Telework may be available part-time, with in-office work at the Capitol Complex in Harrisburg.

Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of the Unemployment Compensation Tax Technician Trainee program or equivalent
• Two years of experience in maintaining financial records, bookkeeping, tax preparation, or clerical accounting
• An equivalent combination of experience and training

• Registration Review: Examine employer documents for accuracy and required determinations
• Wage Reconciliation: Compare reported wages with claimant statements and review exclusions and coverage rules
• Compliance Tasks: Complete work related to liability questions, bulk sales, civil assessments, and inquiries
• Correspondence Work: Prepare written communication and discuss information with employers or administrators
• Report Preparation: Create weekly summaries of wage investigations and scheduled hearings
• General Duties: Perform additional tasks that support tax operations
