Job summary

ENMRSH, Inc. is seeking a capable trainer to coordinate and deliver DDSD Mandatory Training and Individual-Specific Training to Direct Support Staff under regulatory and ISP guidance.

The role supports the Director of Training & Development, ensuring training compliance and staff competency. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be computer literate, and hold a valid drivere2s license.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have computer software experience and experience in working with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to provide training to others.
• Possess a valid drivere2s license and pass a driving record check.
• Possess a working telephone (this requirement reflects the fact that many positions rely on a timea0keeping application to record work hours).
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Reliable transportation.

Job description

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Training & Development, coordinates and provides DDSD Mandatory Training and Individual‑Specific Training to Direct Support Staff as directed by DDSD regulations and the client’s Individual Service Plan (ISP).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 21 years of age or older.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time during training sessions.
• Requires lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently, bending, stooping, reaching, and kneeling.
• May include assembling/disassembling training equipment.
