Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Portfolio Manager within the Trade & Working Capital Finance team to oversee the full credit lifecycle of transactions from structuring to monitoring.

You will partner with Relationship Managers, Credit, Risk, Legal, and Operations to ensure deals are well-structured, approved, and documented in line with internal policy. The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales & Origination and Program Management teams, producing portfolio insights in Power BI and other systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Trade & Working Capital Finance relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Oversee the credit approval process ensuring compliance with policies and risk frameworks.
• Support deal structuring and ensure internal approvals and documentation.
• Coordinate closings and ensure accurate booking and implementation.
• Provide portfolio reporting and dashboards for insights on performance and risk.
• Monitor portfolio risk and coordinate with Credit and Risk for mitigants.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on policy interpretation and governance.
• Support regulatory exams and audits with data and responses.
