Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in behavioral or mental health, plus supervisory experience and a Master's if state requires licensure. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize service delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or mental health or closely related field.
• Master's degree in behavioral or mental health where required by state for licensed clinicians.
• Four or more years’ experience working with the population of the facility required.
• One or more years’ supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the facility's therapeutic programs.
• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations to provide quality care and outcomes.
• Oversee program budget and policies; direct staff involved in service delivery.
• Develop procedures to ensure efficient operations and update care delivery workflows.
• Provide staff management including hiring, development and performance management.
• Monitor staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and maintain charts and records.
• Serve as liaison with staff on issues, regulations and standards.
• Assist in developing operating policies to align with regulations and safety requirements.
• Provide outreach services in area of clinical specialty.
• Acknowledge and resolve patient complaints while prioritizing patient safety.
• Perform other functions as assigned.
