Morgan Stanley is seeking a Team Administrator in Lake Oswego, Oregon to provide comprehensive support to Financial Advisors. The role emphasizes meticulous organization, calendar management, and proactive support for client meetings and events.

The position requires strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be eligible to pursue required licenses (Series 7/66/63/65) as applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Detail oriented with superior organizational skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Strong time management skills.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).

Responsabilités

• Manage calendars and coordinate internal and external events and meetings for the team, including logistics, attendees, materials and communications.
• Monitor email, answer phone calls, mail services, general copying, filing and scanning.
• Schedule travel and process expense reports.
• Assist with client and prospect meeting preparation.
• Proactively participate in firm initiatives directed by local management.
• Administer other duties as delegated by the team.
