Job summary

Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta (JF&CS) is seeking a Systems and Process Specialist to optimize technology usage, improve workflows, and enhance data quality. You will support Salesforce, build automations, and train staff to use tools effectively.

The role blends technical work with strong stakeholder engagement, process thinking, and clear communication. This nonprofit is committed to helping staff work more efficiently for clients and communities.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in CRM administration, systems support, or a tech-focused process improvement role.
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining forms, workflows, or automations using Salesforce Flow, FormTitan, Formstack, Jotform, or similar tools.
• Experience documenting, evaluating, or improving business or technical processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to document how work gets done and identify bottlenecks.
• Build, test, and maintain workflows, forms, and automations.
• Support ongoing Salesforce administration and related systems.
