Job summary

Dignity Health-St. Rose Dominican, San Martín Campus in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Surgical Tech to join a dedicated surgical team.

Qualifications

• One year recent full-time experience in an acute care facility as a certified surgical technologist.
• Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technologist program to include certification.
• Surgical Technology training – 15 CEU units per year as NBSTSA requires.
• BLS-American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the OR (instruments, equipment, supplies) for procedures.
• Assist surgeons and nurses by passing instruments and maintaining the sterile field.
• Count items, handle specimens, and assist with patient positioning.
• Adhere strictly to aseptic technique and prioritize patient safety.
