Job summary

Summerlin Hospital, part of the Valley Health System and Universal Health Services family, is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support operating room procedures in Las Vegas. The role focuses on instrument handling, sterile technique, and assisting surgeons during interventions.

The successful candidate will have an accredited surgical technologist education, CST and BLS certifications, and ideally one year of OR experience. Join a large hospital network with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required/preferred.
• Completion of an accredited surgical technologist program.
• One year of OR experience preferred.
• Current CST certification and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist operating surgeons with instrumentation during surgical interventions.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist in room setup and cleanup.
• Participate in the surgical support workflow as needed.
