Job summary

RISE Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Coordinator to lead program operations and ensure quality supports for adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs in Utah.

The role requires supervising Direct Support Professionals, coordinating schedules and training, and maintaining collaboration with state agencies. On-call responsibilities are included to ensure continuous service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable supervisory experience preferred.
• Person-centered philosophy and dedication to quality supports.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required; problem solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities/mental health needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and quality assurance of the program.
• Team collaboration to strategize, develop, and implement plans addressing individuals' needs.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and work with Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepare and monitor budgets; coordinate with state agencies.
• Schedule activities and skill development; assist with social/community activities.
• Position includes being on-call.
