Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and one year of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree with two years of experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to train staff and coordinate with providers.
• Ability to travel within the District of Columbia as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operation of Medicaid Waiver services.
• Promote personal growth and independence for participants.
• Develop relationships with agency staff, providers, and families.
• Ensure documentation meets state and agency requirements.
• Support planning and coordination of ISP outcomes and budgets.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training of support staff.
• Provide information on community resources and non-Medicaid supports.
• Travel to participant locations as needed.
