Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree; rising senior with a major in business administration, communications, health care management or another related degree
• Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
• Available for the full duration of the 10-week program
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this role

Responsibilities

• Own components of project work and deliverables with guidance from an assigned mentor and manager
• Conduct research, analyze data and information, and develop recommendations that inform real business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support departmental initiatives that improve business outcomes and the member and client experience
• Develop and deliver a final internship presentation to department leadership covering the project, results, and recommendations
• Maintain complete confidentiality of company business and comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, and applicable compliance policies
