Precision HR Solutions, Inc is recruiting licensed Special Education Teachers to join school communities in Massachusetts. We are hiring Building and Day to Day Substitute Teachers for the 2026/2027 school year, with positions in and around Foxboro, MA.

In this role, you will substitute for absent teachers, implement curricula, maintain a safe classroom, and report student issues to administration, with potential for TEMP TO PERM conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a classroom setting.
• Licensed Special Education Teacher preferred.
• Experience as a teacher or substitute in schools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the classroom teacher, provide instruction and manage the learning environment.
• Review and implement regular teacher's routines, procedures, lesson plans, and curriculum objectives
• Establish and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
• Report any student injuries, illness, and serious discipline problems to school administration
• Perform other duties as directed by school administration
• Perform full teacher's responsibility and run classroom
• Experience in Elementary/Middle/High School settings preferred
