Job summary

KIPP Public Schools Northern California is hiring a full-time teacher to join our East Palo Alto team. You will design daily lessons, track student progress, and foster a warm, inclusive classroom culture.

You will collaborate with the instructional coach and Leadership Team to support student growth and equity. Responsibilities include data-informed planning, restorative practices, and strong family communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily lesson planning aligned with curriculum and school goals.
• Analyze data to identify student trends and inform instruction.
• Maintain an inclusive, rigorous classroom using restorative practices.
• Apply culturally responsive classroom management to keep students safe and engaged.
• Communicate regularly with staff, students, families, and stakeholders.
• Participate in weekly professional development and Communities of Practice.
• Update attendance, grades, and behavior records.
