• Follows the curriculum as scheduled during the time of coverage.

• Supports social and emotional development using positive guidance approaches.
• Interacts with children in an appropriate and supportive manner.
• Encourages family involvement and relationships between children and families.
• Works with other teachers to ensure smooth classroom operations and follows center policies.
