Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences required; LCDP required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral healthcare preferred.
• Experience with substance use, addictions, mental health, and motivational interviewing.
• Knowledge of ASAM criteria and EHR documentation.
• Must read, write, and interpret information and present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
• Conduct clinical assessments for new patients and ongoing required assessments.
• Coordinate treatment planning and service coordination.
• Advise UR department and collaborate with treatment teams.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
