Qualifications

• Must be credentialed in addictions counseling by a nationally recognized body approved by the division.
• MAT Certification required or expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions.
• Coordinate care and present patient status to the treatment team.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans per state requirements.
• Provide clinical services and opiate addiction counseling with strong documentation.
• Other related duties as determined by supervisor.
