Qualifications

• Must hold Indiana licensure (LAC/LACA/LCAC/LCACA) to practice.
• Credentialing by a recognized body approved by the division is required.
• MAT certification is required or preferred.
• Background check and drug screen must be cleared.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
• Coordinate with treatment team and present patient status.
• Assess patients and develop/implement treatment plans per state rules.
• Provide clinical services and patient education; document thoroughly.
