Qualifications

• Certified in Peer Support preferred.
• Knowledge of issues facing street homelessness and local resources.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean 2+ year MVR.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Connect with and motivate people living on the streets toward self-sufficiency.
• Assist homeless individuals in navigating social services to identify resources.
• Set goals and develop individualized case plans with outreach prospects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community stakeholders and attend outreach events.
• Ensure client information is entered accurately in the PRM database.
• Lead or participate in devotions or other activities reflecting a Christian witness.
