Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Associate Project Manager to drive critical initiatives across the East Coast and nationally. You will oversee structure, organization, and coordination of teams to achieve clinical objectives while implementing best practices in clinical operations.

The role requires associate degree, 2+ years in project coordination, and strong Smartsheet experience; healthcare imaging knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required.
• Two+ years of project coordinator experience.
• Smartsheet experience preferred.
• Imaging, Radiology or Healthcare experience a plus.
• Must follow HIPAA, compliance, privacy, safety and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project plans for difficult projects, including long- and short-term targets and resource allocation.
• Delegate tasks to team members best positioned to complete them.
• Hold team members accountable for deliverables and due dates.
• Communicate project progress and delays with recommendations to course-correct.
• Clearly communicate expectations and complex matters to team members and stakeholders.
• Manage project scope and document any changes for approval.
• Determine how results will be measured and conduct post-project evaluation.
• Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution.
• Exercise initiative and judgement to achieve objectives.
