Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Provider Service Representative to drive growth by marketing contract imaging services to referrals and partners. You will manage relationships, deliver excellent patient-centered care, and maintain compliance with patient information protections.

Ideal candidates hold a Marketing-related degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, professional approach in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or 2–3 years related experience or training.
• Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members.
• Strong marketing/sales competencies including communication, interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
• Intermediate knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and market contract imaging services to local IPA’s, HMOs, medical groups, and referring physicians through cold calls, meetings, leads, and visits to grow territory.
• Identify and resolve service issues and concerns from referral sources.
• Brand the market and promote new services, hours, radiologist, equipment, site programs.
• Demonstrate responsible safeguarding of patient property and Patient Health Information.
